About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. We have openings in three regions. We will assign you a region depending on your location. You will be focusing on enterprise sales, targeting mid-sized businesses. Key responsibilities

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Engage with existing Members and assist them with their short term and long term business requirements

  • Cross-sell & Up-sell our products and services to our clients helping grow their business with us

  • Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.

  • Work closely with support & product teams to help meet the clients needs

  • Offer a high level of service meeting our department key metrics for Sales, Quality and Productivity. Ability to overachieve on department and individual targets.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Proactively prospect new opportunities to ensure that quarterly goals are met

  • Assist new customers with onboarding, providing product information and advice related to products and membership plans that best suit the customers’ needs.

  • Follow up on MQLs (Marketing Qualified Lead) generated from all our acquisition sources to ensure the right qualification and conversion.

  • Provide an excellent customer experience from the initial call to final sale closure.

  • Ability to identify opportunities to up and cross sell products as per customers’ requirements.

  • Complete call logs and reports where required.

Job requirements

  • Commercial: thinking and acting from opportunities in the market. Identifying customer needs and conducting professional customer discussions, building a relationship with a customer in the long term by gaining trust.

  • Customer-oriented: Investigate customer wishes and needs and act accordingly. Putting the customer first without compromising their own business interests.

  • Communicative: To be able to make clear decisions, ideas, and complicated matters in understandable language.

  • Result-oriented (data-driven): Focusing actions and decisions on the actual realization of intended results.

  • Enthusiastic with passion for sales

  • Perseverance, also if `some ‘no’s’ come along

  • Good listener: letting the customer talk by asking the right questions

  • Empathy: being able to put yourself in the shoes of the resellers and help to tackle their everyday problems.

  • Have the courage: do not be afraid to ask for the deal

  • Great communication skills in English verbal and written (Spanish or Dutch as a second language will be an advantage)

  • Experience using any CRM, (preferably Hubspot)

  • B2B sales experience

  • Experience in the domain/tech industry.
